Job Description

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements: A personal secretary will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar and ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.

- Handle correspondence and communication: The personal secretary will be tasked with managing all incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive, maintaining professional communication at all times.

- Maintain confidential information: It is crucial for a personal secretary to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, ensuring that all confidential materials are kept secure.

- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records: The personal secretary will be responsible for organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic files and records for easy access and retrieval.

- Provide administrative support: The personal secretary will assist the executive with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and conducting research.
