**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare Correspondence:** Draft and send emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the executive, maintaining a professional tone and accurate information.
- **Organize Files and Documents:** Maintain an orderly filing system, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
- **Assist with Research:** Conduct research as needed, compiling relevant information and presenting it in a clear format to aid decision-making.
- **Handle Communication:** Serve as a point of contact, screening phone calls and responding to inquiries on behalf of the executive, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role. A degree in , , , , , BDS, or is required. The position is open to female applicants only.
