responsibilities:

1. manage and organize the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, conferences, and travel plans.

2. screen and prioritize the executive's emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.

3. prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for the executive.

4. coordinate and maintain records and files, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.

5. assist in managing projects and initiatives by coordinating with team members and stakeholders.

6. handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
