Job Description

- Manage the Schedule and Appointments of the Employer: as a Personal Secretary, You Will Be Responsible for Organizing and Maintaining the Employer's Calendar, Ensuring all Appointments are Scheduled Correctly.

- Handle Incoming and Outgoing Communication: You Will Be Required to Answer Phone Calls, Respond to Emails, and Communicate Important Information to the Employer.

- Coordinate Travel Arrangements: this Includes Booking Flights, Hotels, and Transportation for Business Trips or Personal Travel.

- Perform Administrative Tasks: You Will Be Expected to Assist with Tasks such as Filing, Data Entry, and Organizing Documents.

- Maintain Confidentiality: It is Crucial to Maintain the Confidentiality of all Information and Conversations that Occur in the Workplace.
