Job Description

We are looking for a Female Personal Secretary to join our team in Gurgaon, India. The role involves providing administrative and secretarial support to the executives of the company, managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and handling communication on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing executive schedules: You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events for the executives.

- Communication management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executives.

- Travel arrangements: Making travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, and transportation for the executives.

- Office management: Assisting with office organization, filing, and maintaining records.

Skills and Expectations:

- Excellent communication skills: You should have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with executives and external parties.

- Organizational skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

- Attention to detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial in managing schedules and communication effectively.
