Job Description

As a Personal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Your primary duties will include:

- **Calendar Management**: Organizing and maintaining schedules for executives, including arranging meetings and appointments to maximize productivity.

- **Correspondence Handling**: Managing incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.

- **Document Preparation**: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents and reports to maintain professionalism and clarity in all written communications.

- **Meeting Coordination**: Organizing and preparing for meetings, which includes booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes for accurate record-keeping.

- **Travel Arrangements**: Planning and coordinating travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations to facilitate smooth travel experiences.

- **Administrative Support**: Providing general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organized workspace.

The ideal candidate will require the following skills and expectations:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and external contacts.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage various tasks and projects efficiently.

- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ensuring all documentation is accurate and professional.
