Job Summary:

We are hiring Relationship Officers for our expanding sales team. The role involves sourcing and managing customers for banking and financial products, generating business through field sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert sales opportunities for banking and financial products

Source customers through field activities, references, and market visits

Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements

Handle customer queries and ensure smooth processing of loan applications

Coordinate with internal teams for timely disbursement

Maintain long-term relationships with customers

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Home Loan

Business Loan

Personal Loan

MAB (EDC)

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

Age: 18 to 35 years

Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply)

Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services preferred

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Knowledge of local language is mandatory; English is an added advantage

Two-wheeler preferred
