responsibilities:

1) act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients or other external partners.

2) manage information flow in a timely & accurate manner.

3) maintain & implement an information system developed by the mdo.

4) manage md's calendar and set up meetings.

5) take minutes during a meeting.

6) make travel & accommodations arrangements.

7) responsible for the working of the mdo.

8) answer phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

9) provide general administration support.
