We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO during business engagements in Bangalore and on select business trips. This role involves coordinating travel, accompanying the CEO on business travel when required, and facilitating business meetings and on-ground logistics.
The position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn. Flexible working hours and a hybrid work model make this role suitable for part-time or full-time engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating the CEOs schedule during visits to Bangalore, including meetings, events, and appointments
Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries
Accompany the CEO on business travel, as required, to provide coordination and on-ground support
Support the CEO during business meetings, conferences, and networking events
Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handle communications, follow-ups, and basic documentation related to meetings and travel
Represent the CEO and the organization professionally using good public relations (PR) skills
Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as needed
