Job Title: Female Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director

Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative and managerial support to the Managing Director (MD). This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and multitasking abilities to ensure seamless operations and efficient management of executive activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for the MD.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business materials.
- Conduct travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Executive & Management Assistance:
- Support decision-making processes by providing relevant research and insights.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Assist in preparing strategic plans, proposals, and official reports.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and key stakeholders, clients, and employees.
- Oversee special projects and ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
Personal Assistance & Confidentiality:
- Ensure confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.
- Handle personal errands, bookings, and lifestyle management for the MD.
- Organize corporate events, functions, and engagements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
- Professional demeanor, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
