Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and
conversions for our clients.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms
relevant to client goals.
• Create compelling ad copy aligned with the client’s brand voice to attract and convert the target
audience.
• Implement and manage ad extensions, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion
tracking.
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement
and applying optimization strategies.
• Provide regular performance reports and clear insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and
results.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to understand campaign goals, gather requirements,
and align strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure ad creatives are engaging, on-brand,
and visually appealing.
• Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for performance improvement and
campaign scaling.
• Stay current with PPC trends, Google Ads updates, and industry best practices.
• Work closely with other digital marketing team members to deliver integrated, multi-channel
marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, with a strong track record of managing and
optimizing campaigns.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts and budgets across different industries.
• Proficient in keyword research, A/B testing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate actionable insights
from data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client reporting and campaign
strategy discussions.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Ads certifications and familiarity with additional PPC platforms (like Bing Ads, Facebook
Ads) are a plus.
