Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms relevant to client goals. Create compelling ad copy aligned with the clients brand voice to attract and convert the target audience. Implement and manage ad extensions, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and applying optimization strategies. Provide regular performance reports and clear insights to clients, highlighting key metrics and results. Maintain ongoing client communication to understand campaign goals, gather requirements, and align strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure ad creatives are engaging, on-brand, and visually appealing. Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for performance improvement and campaign scaling. Stay current with PPC trends, Google Ads updates, and industry best practices. Work closely with other digital marketing team members to deliver integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies. Requirements: Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns. Experience handling multiple client accounts and budgets across different industries. Proficient in keyword research, A/B testing, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign analytics. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client reporting and campaign strategy discussions. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Google Ads certifications and familiarity with additional PPC platforms (like Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) are a plus.
