Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced professionals for Amazon DSP Hiring & Onboarding and Payroll Operations.

Open Positions:

Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Driver recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling.

Amazon Portal onboarding, Background Checks, Drug Tests, ADP, I-9 & E-Verify.

ATS and candidate record management.

Employee timecard review and payroll processing.

Attendance, PTO, bonuses, payroll adjustments, and documentation.

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP experience in Hiring & Onboarding or Payroll.

Relevant Amazon DSP tools and process knowledge.

Good English communication and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently from home.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary starting from ₹25,000/month (negotiable based on experience).

Monthly performance incentives up to ₹20,000.
