key responsibilities:
payroll processing: oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions, while strictly adhering to epf, esic, labor laws, gratuity, and minimum wage regulations.
compliance expertise: stay current with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the organization remains fully compliant with statutory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.
manpower outsourcing experience: utilize your extensive experience in the manpower outsourcing industry to efficiently manage payroll for our diverse workforce.
grievance redressal: act as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related queries and grievances, promptly resolving issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
claim settlement: facilitate the smooth processing and settlement of claims for various employee benefit schemes, demonstrating a strong understanding of claim procedures.
qualifications:
bachelor's degree.
mandatory experience in payroll management for manpower outsourcing companies.
immediate joining required, candidates to only apply when they can join on immediate basis.
in-depth knowledge of payroll processes, salary calculations, and compliance with epf, esic, labor laws, gratuity, and minimum wage regulations.
