JOB PROFILE

We are looking for an experienced & result-oriented Senior Packing Supervisor to supervise complete packing operations for automobile spare parts and engine components, ensuring export-standard packaging, quality, accuracy, productivity and timely dispatch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily packing operations

• Manpower planning & team management

• Ensure correct part identification, quantity & labelling

• Export packing as per customer specifications

• FIFO & traceability

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores & Dispatch

• Prevent damage, rust, scratches, contamination & mix-up

• Monitor packing productivity & dispatch targets

• Control packing material consumption & wastage

• Packing documentation & Excel records

• Palletization, stacking & loading

• Handle packing-related customer complaints

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts / precision components packing

• Export packaging, palletization, strapping & wrapping

• FIFO, 5S, traceability & inventory control
