oversee and manage day-to-day operations in insurance and consultancy services.

handle backend processes, documentation, and data management with accuracy.

lead, guide, and mentor team members (for senior/leadership roles).

contribute to process improvement, efficiency, and overall business growth.

skills & qualifications

proficiency in computer applications (ms office, data handling, crm tools).

ability to manage responsibilities independently and as part of a team.

leadership skills and prior experience in insurance/consultancy preferred.
