Job Description

This is a remote contract role for an Operations Administrator. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization in a timely and efficient manner. This includes administrative assistance, customer service, and operations management.

Coordinating Deliveries, assigning pick-up requests' and entering haul orders on the system.

Follow up with partner carriers on pickup & and delivery status.

Communication with carriers and shippers.

Creating purchase orders, invoices, and Bills.

Keep a record of financial transactions

Qualifications

Analytical Skills: Keen attention to detail, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholders

Operations Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

Administrative Assistance: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage paperwork, schedule appointments, and maintain records in an accurate and timely manner

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, Computers, or a related field is preferred

Computer Experience

Comfortable working in a remote environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Knowledge of any CRM tool is a plus

Experience in logistics, transportation, or related fields is a plus
