This is a remote contract role for an Operations Administrator. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization in a timely and efficient manner. This includes administrative assistance, customer service, and operations management. Coordinating Deliveries, assigning pick-up requests' and entering haul orders on the system.Follow up with partner carriers on pickup & and delivery status.Communication with carriers and shippers.Creating purchase orders, invoices, and Bills.Keep a record of financial transactionsQualificationsAnalytical Skills: Keen attention to detail, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate complex information to various stakeholdersOperations Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectivelyAdministrative Assistance: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage paperwork, schedule appointments, and maintain records in an accurate and timely mannerA bachelor's degree in business, finance, Computers, or a related field is preferredComputer ExperienceComfortable working in a remote environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Knowledge of any CRM tool is a plusExperience in logistics, transportation, or related fields is a plus
