Operation Manager

Job Description - Sr. Operations Manager in Investors and JV tie ups.

ï‚· Candidate should have experience of working in firm in which day to day Operations happen in the field such as real estate/ construction/ broker firms.

OR

ï‚· Candidate should have experience of working in SME (small to medium enterprise), funding consultancies/ broker firms in which he/she has hands on experience with dealing potential investors from Angel broking / Venture Capital/ HNI Clients.

ï‚· He/she should also have experience to hunt potential start-ups or SMEs from the market to actually provide them investors for funding opportunity.

ï‚· Arrange initial rounds of meeting with both party.

ï‚· Should have defined TAT (Turn Around Time).

ï‚· Should help both parties for final deal closure with good negotiation skill.

 Have worked in Advisor/ Broking investment companies for specially HNI/SME company investments (Funding required 5 Cr. – 50 Cr.)
