Operation Manager

Job Description - Sr. Operations Manager in Investors and JV tie ups.

 Candidate should have experience of working in firm in which day to day Operations happen in the field such as real estate/ construction/ broker firms.

OR

 Candidate should have experience of working in SME (small to medium enterprise), funding consultancies/ broker firms in which he/she has hands on experience with dealing potential investors from Angel broking / Venture Capital/ HNI Clients.

 He/she should also have experience to hunt potential start-ups or SMEs from the market to actually provide them investors for funding opportunity.

 Arrange initial rounds of meeting with both party.

 Should have defined TAT (Turn Around Time).

 Should help both parties for final deal closure with good negotiation skill.

 Have worked in Advisor/ Broking investment companies for specially HNI/SME company investments (Funding required 5 Cr. – 50 Cr.)
