job description - sr. operations manager in investors and jv tie ups.

 candidate should have experience of working in firm in which day to day operations happen in the field such as real estate/ construction/ broker firms.

or

 candidate should have experience of working in sme (small to medium enterprise), funding consultancies/ broker firms in which he/she has hands on experience with dealing potential investors from angel broking / venture capital/ hni clients.

 he/she should also have experience to hunt potential start-ups or smes from the market to actually provide them investors for funding opportunity.

 arrange initial rounds of meeting with both party.

 should have defined tat (turn around time).

 should help both parties for final deal closure with good negotiation skill.

 have worked in advisor/ broking investment companies for specially hni/sme company investments (funding required 5 cr. – 50 cr.)
