Job Title: Sales & Purchase Operations Executive
Job Summary:
The Sales & Purchase Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales, purchase, inventory, and master data operations across multiple branches. The role involves accurate data entry, invoice processing, inventory control, master data maintenance, and preparation of MIS and operational reports to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Purchase Operations
Enter and manage total sales entries for all branches.
Enter and manage local purchase entries for all branches.
Prepare and process sales invoices for all branches and customers.
Prepare and process purchase invoices for all branches.
Handle transaction modifications including credit notes, debit notes, and customer name corrections across all branches.
Inventory & Stock Management
Manage store-in and store-out entries for all branches.
Maintain accurate stock records for all branches.
Process assembly entries for applicable branches.
Manage import purchase (inward) entries for all branches.
Perform regular stock reconciliation and variance analysis.
Master Data Management
Create and update customer and vendor master records for all branches.
Create and maintain location masters in the software system.
Create and manage item and brand masters.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls.
Skills & Competencies:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sales & purchase operations, inventory management, or accounting.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multi-branch operations independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience handling multi-location operations.
