currently, we require an operations manager for a new opening at dwarka, gujarat. we are looking for an energetic manager with a strong rooms background, who has a ready network in the marketplace and who will enjoy the amazing experience of opening a new property. candidates already working within gujarat will be preferred.

responsibility & experience:

- at least 7 years across reservations and rooms management function;

�� familiarity with otas, travel trade and a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced hotel operations manager to join our team

�� this will include overseeing key operations, including staff training, room management, guest services, and hotel administration.

�� our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of all aspects of hotel management, from customer service to budgeting to maintenance work.

�� fluency in english; knowledge of local languages is a plus

�� proficient in microsoft office suite and property management systems

�� excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset

�� hotel management graduate / hotel/hospitality management or relevant field
