job responsibilities:
to be responsible for many aspects of a property functions, including housekeeping, human
resources, facilities, security, public relations, social media, f & b production ,f & b services
, sales and financials.
oversees different departments , guests, and other staff.
maintaining full knowledge of all inner working of the hotel, including room rates, hotel
policies, specials, availability, vip guests, hotel events and more.
to ensure a positive experience that exceeds guests expectations.
• management of portal bookings, inventory, rates, sold out etc.
• reservation handling by mail, telephonic for individuals and groups.
• payment follow ups
• feedback responsibilities at trip advisor and online
• email marketing
• organizing holidays,conferences,get together and party event
• travel managing for individual and group
• checked in/out guests
• handled guests requests/complaints,
• cashiering.
• telephone handling.
• handling reservations on phone / emails etc
• work in association with the housekeepers for effective room management.
• arranging for guests transportation
• travel desk managing.
