Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee daily operational activities within the Transport domain. This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to drive efficiency and ensure seamless execution across all operational functions. The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in achieving performance metrics and resolving operational challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities related to issue analysis and issue testing after rectification.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Care Team, Implementation Team, Developer Team, and Infra Team) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors).
Monitor each issue logged by the Implementation & Care Team and ensure timely resolution and delivery.
Identify areas for process improvement at the operational level and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Requirements & Work Experience
Proven experience in operations, preferably within the transport industry (02 years).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Technical Requirements Preferred
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) Tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics
