Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to oversee daily operational activities within the Transport domain. This role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills to drive efficiency and ensure seamless execution across all operational functions. The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in achieving performance metrics and resolving operational challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
€¢ Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities related to issue analysis and issue testing after rectification.
€¢ Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Care Team, Implementation Team, Developer Team, and Infra Team) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors).
€¢ Monitor each issue logged by the Implementation & Care Team and ensure timely resolution and delivery.
€¢ Identify areas for process improvement at the operational level and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
€¢ Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Requirements & Work Experience
€¢ Proven experience in operations, preferably within the transport industry (0€“2 years).
€¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
€¢ Excellent coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
€¢ Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Technical Requirements Preferred
€¢ Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
€¢ Proficiency in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) Tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics
