Tide Onboarding Executive Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Onboarding
Assist new customers in opening Tide business accounts.
Guide customers through the complete onboarding and KYC process.
2. KYC Verification
Collect and verify required documents (PAN, Aadhaar, business proof, etc.).
Ensure all documents meet RBI and company compliance standards.
3. Customer Guidance & Support
Explain Tide app features, services, and benefits to customers.
Resolve basic customer queries related to onboarding and account activation.
*4. Sales & Field Work*
Visit merchants/SMEs in assigned areas to promote Tide business accounts.
Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and activation targets.
*5. Data Accuracy & Reporting*
Enter correct customer details in the system.
Maintain daily reports of onboarded customers and follow-ups.
*6. Compliance & Quality Checks*
Follow company SOPs and regulatory guidelines strictly.
Avoid fraudulent or incorrect onboarding.
*7. Follow-ups & Activation*
Follow up with customers to complete pending steps.
Ensure account activation and initial usage.
*8. Coordination*
Coordinate with team leaders and backend teams for smooth onboarding.
Escalate issues when required.
*Required Skills*
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps
Good communication skills
Field sales or customer onboarding experience (preferred)
Ability to work with targets
