Job Description

Currently, we have a vacancy and are seeking a female Office Coordinator to join our team in Sky Sketch India Group. This role involves accurately and efficiently managing and updating information, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers a salary of 9,000 - 10,000 Rs. (Depending on your product knowledge and experience) along with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and contribution to smooth operations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is a 12th-grade pass in any stream or a degree along with a diploma in Travel and Hospitality Management, which is preferred. This role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. Candidates must be open to working evening shifts.

You will be trained to provide exceptional travel advice and support to our clients. You will learn to create personalised travel itineraries, assist with booking accommodations, flights, and transportation, and ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers. This role requires a passion for travel and customer service, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a fresher in our industry, you will receive a starting salary of 9,000 per month for the first 6 months of a provisional period. After that, depending on your performance, we will determine your salary. There will be a provision for a pay increase during the provisional period for extraordinary performance. Additionally, after confirmation, we have provisions for a performance bonus based on your monthly sales productivity.

Sales do not refer to door-to-door sales. Typically, we receive business from our client base and online promotions through various social media and websites. If you can generate business independently, you will receive incentives.

We are located in Esplanade and Salt Lake Sector-2, and our office hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
