Responsibilities
· The Executive Assistant reports to the Director.
· Provides executive support to the Director
· Manages calendars and sets up meetings
· Well Knowledge of computer and Excel.
· Mail drafting and maintain documentation data.
· Excellent follow up skills.
· Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, scheduling meetings etc.)
