Your Responsibilities:-
- Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and bills.
- Perform accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle net banking and other online transactions.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets using MS-Excel.
- Prepare reports and documents using MS-Word.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ensure smooth office workflow.
Required Qualification:-
- Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and internet-based tasks
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills and professional work ethic
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
