Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will help ensure smooth office functioning and assist the sales and accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle basic office administration work
Maintain documents, files, and records
Assist with billing, quotations, and data entry
Manage calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with technicians, sales team & Customers
Maintain inventory and office supplies
Support in AMC records and service schedules
Follow up with customers when required
Organized and responsible attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience in office work preferred (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹17,000 per month (based on experience)
