Job Description

- Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing emails and communications: Organizing and responding to emails, messages, and calls efficiently to maintain clear communication within the team.

2. Data entry and record keeping: Inputting and updating information in spreadsheets or databases for easy access and reference.

3. Scheduling appointments and meetings: Coordinating and setting up appointments, meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow.

4. Assisting with office tasks: Providing support in tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents to maintain a well-ordered workspace.

5. Research tasks: Conducting online research and gathering information as needed for projects or assignments.

- Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal means to convey information clearly.

2. Strong organizational skills: Capacity to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize workload, and maintain order in work processes.

3. Basic computer proficiency: Familiarity with using computers, Microsoft Office applications, and email to perform office tasks effectively.
