Job Description

Facility Management: Ensuring the office space is well-maintained, clean, and secure. This includes managing inventory, handling maintenance requests, and overseeing daily operations.

* Working closely with directors and staff on different types of requirements.

* Basic Financial Tasks: Managing expenses, and assisting with budget management.

* Ensuring Safety and Compliance: Implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

* Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with members and visitors.

* Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage a variety of responsibilities.

* Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

* Community Engagement: Ability to foster a positive and collaborative environment.

* Experience: Experience in office administration, customer service, or facilities management, preferably in a coworking or hospitality setting.
