Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain financial records: Keep accurate records of financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
2. Prepare financial reports: Generate balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports for management review.
3. Process invoices: Handle incoming invoices, verify information, and prepare payments to vendors in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile accounts: Ensure all financial data is reconciled and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
5. Assist with budgeting: Collaborate with management to create and manage the company's budget effectively.
