Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month.
Incentives: Handsome, performance-linked incentives (uncapped).

Key Responsibilities
Field Sales: Identify and visit 1012 prospective clients (Retailers, Pharmacies, or Health Outlets) daily.
New Business Development: Build a pipeline of new leads and convert them into active, high-volume accounts.
Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate the benefits and science of our nutraceutical products to key decision-makers.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and brand loyalty.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs of visits, feedback, and sales closed.
Requirements (Freshers Welcome!)
Education: Graduate in any stream (, ma, or Business degrees are a plus).
Ownership: Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily field visits.
Mindset: Highly persistent, self-motivated, and comfortable with cold-calling/door-knocking.
Communication: Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
