Networking Engineer

- Perform all Level 2 (L2) technical tasks and ensure proper execution of Level 3 (L3)

responsibilities.

- Ensure seamless takeover from L2 and validate their work.

- Execute client-specific tasks while ensuring technical preferences and satisfaction.

- Provide detailed technical reports and document future servicing requirements.

- Coordinate support services at client locations and liaise with OEM/Project Support

when needed.

- Maintain L3 tools and ensure their operational readiness.

- Conduct all programming and configuration tasks related to installed solutions.

- Provide technical demonstrations and training to clients.

- Support pre-sales activities by visiting sites when required.

- Conduct testing and research for new products and solutions.
