Job Description

- perform all level 2 (l2) technical tasks and ensure proper execution of level 3 (l3)

responsibilities.

- ensure seamless takeover from l2 and validate their work.

- execute client-specific tasks while ensuring technical preferences and satisfaction.

- provide detailed technical reports and document future servicing requirements.

- coordinate support services at client locations and liaise with oem/project support

when needed.

- maintain l3 tools and ensure their operational readiness.

- conduct all programming and configuration tasks related to installed solutions.

- provide technical demonstrations and training to clients.

- support pre-sales activities by visiting sites when required.

- conduct testing and research for new products and solutions.
