Maintaining current customer mix for assigned sales region - Developing new customers across your region and providing support to fellow Business Development Executives with their own region - Traveling to Customers/Trade Shows to represent the company and their products - Ensuring proper collection of all funds for sales youve made with minimal overdues - Develop projections for your region based on trends, market knowledge, and customer feedback.
1. Developing and driving sales of the specialty ingredients used in cosmeceutical, personal care Pharma, Food and coating industries for the products manufactured by company including trading of products in demand to achieve AOP.
2. Discussion on Weekly review of CRM, Monthly CRM review with focus on AOP Achievements, collection targets, contracts & Achievements, Overdue, Debtors will be held.
3. Develop sales through a range of distributors, Contract Manufacturers and end customers for the territory assigned to you by providing Samples support, and corresponding documents for those products.
4. Assisting in development and executing strategies of new market Development and Penetration.
