We are looking for a Moulding Engineer based in Chakan, Pune, with 2 to 5 years of experience in the moulding process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of moulding machines used in manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Mould Design and Development**: Collaborate with the design team to create and improve mould designs that enhance production efficiency and product quality.

2. **Process Optimization**: Monitor and analyze the moulding process to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce defects and waste.

3. **Machine Operation and Maintenance**: Operate and maintain moulding machines, ensuring they function optimally and adhere to safety standards.

4. **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of moulded products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.

5. **Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve any production issues related to moulding processes quickly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Required skills and expectations include a strong understanding of moulding technologies, excellent analytical abilities for process improvements, and good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must possess a high level of attention to detail and be capable of operating machinery safely and effectively.
