Job Description

-collect, compile, and analyze daily sales, purchase, and inventory data from various departments

-maintain accurate records of stock movement, supplier details, and customer transactions.

-generate sales performance, expense, and profitability reports to assist decision-making.

-identify data trends and provide insights to support business planning and forecasting.

-manage and update company databases and spreadsheets with accuracy.

-support warehouse and accounts teams by maintaining up-to-date stock and reorder reports.

-coordinate with it or software vendors for any data-related issues or updates.

-maintain files, invoices, and other business records systematically (both soft and hard copies).

-ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of all data.
