key accountabilities
• strategize to deliver operational targets through enhanced safety, productivity, asset integrity and optimal utilization of resources.
• plan and co-ordinate mining operations for all mines to achieve production/mining targets of desired quality and quantity.
• monitor & ensure achievement of long-term business plan through optimization of current mining operations, identifying growth opportunities in existing mines or through greenfield mines acquisitions.
• ensure effective compliance to get statutory and regulatory permissions as required and managing internal and external stakeholders for uninterrupted mines operations across mining locations.
• ensuring compliance to health, safety and environment parameters, ensuring all mines operations are performed with safety as utmost priority for existing/ planned /new developments.
• ensure implementation of asset optimization & business excellence, quality management system and vsap frameworks across mines location, through the involvement of people for improving mines performance, safety & quality standards.
qualification and knowledge
be / btech in mining with first class mines manager certification with minimum 15-17 years of experience and exposure in mine planning & development, operational management, and optimization. unrestricted first-class mines manager will be preferred.
strong leadership skills with good interpersonal and communication skills able to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
academic criteria:
60% throughout in 10th, 12th & graduation and post-graduation
maximum 1 year of gap between either xii & graduation or between graduation & post graduation, no other gap in regular course of studies is allowed.
