Key Points :Strong understanding of Steel Making/SMS/Secondary steel making inters ofplant/operations/Technical/Process etc and application of Various Slag Conditioners (namelyCalcium Acuminate, Briquette, High Al Slag conditioners etc) in Steel making.Understanding of impact/savings by use of such slag conditioner in steel making inters of Aluminum use reduction, slag chemistry, Steel properties enhancement etcKnowledge of chemistry and processes in secondary steel making. Cost of inputs of all processes.Good Communication is highly essential.Shall drive the Steel slag Conditioner Marketing actions for Runaya. Hence is expected to travel atleast 15-20 days in a month to various steel plants to ensure effective execution of marketing efforts resulting into obtaining successful orders, trials at Steel plants & building a long term customer base5. Partnered with Sterlite Technologies Limited, a Top 5 Global Manufacturer of Optical Fiber Cables, as an Anchor Customer, and for all Product Testing and Sample Approvals.We are looking for a Marketing Managerwith relevant experience in selling of FRP / similar OFC components/raw materials to Optical Fibre Cable industries in global market.Roles and Responsibility- To manage the sales and marketing of FRP products in the mentioned region - Qualitative experience in Export sales & marketing, business development, client relationship management, and territory expansion.- Identify, and add new markets and customers to widen the market base and customer base for enhanced revenue and profit generation.- Responsible for Share of Business with existing Customers and market share of the product for the region. Plan and co-ordinate mining operations for all Mines to achieve production/mining targets of desired quality and quantity. Monitor & ensure achievement of long-term business plan through optimization of current mining operations, identifying growth opportunities in existing mines or through Greenfield mines acquisitions. Ensure effective compliance to get statutory and regulatory permissions as required and managing internal and external stakeholders for uninterrupted mines operations across mining locations. Ensuring compliance to Health, Safety and Environment parameters, ensuring all Mines operations are performed with safety as utmost priority for existing/ planned /new developments. Ensure implementation of Asset Optimization & Business Excellence, Quality Management System and VSAP frameworks across mines location, through the involvement of people for improving mines performance, safety & quality standards.Qualification and KnowledgeBE / BTech in Mining with First Class Mines Manager Certification with minimum 15-17 years of experience and exposure in Mine Planning & Development, Operational management, and optimization. Unrestricted First-Class Mines Manager will be preferred.Strong leadership skills with good interpersonal and communication skills able to engage with internal and external stakeholders.Academic Criteria:60% throughout in 10th, 12th & Graduation and Post-graduationMaximum 1 year of gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post Graduation, no other gap in regular course of studies is allowed.
