Job Description

We seek a dynamic and motivated MICE Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our MICE services to corporate clients, ensuring the successful planning and execution of their events. The role requires strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the MICE industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE sector. Develop and maintain a strong network of corporate clients. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Sales and Client Management: Present and promote MICE services to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet the needs of both the client and the company. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of events. Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly. Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.

- Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare detailed proposals outlining event specifications, timelines, and costs. Create and manage contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

- Proven experience in MICE sales or a similar role within the events industry.

- Strong knowledge of the MICE industry, including current trends and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- MICE experience is mandatory.
