Qualifications and Skills

Any Diploma or Bachelor's degree

Less than 1 year of experience as a Medicine Representative (MR)

Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and sales skills

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Proactive and self-motivated

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

Sell pharmaceutical products/ Medicines to healthcare professionals

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies

Provide product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals

Achieve sales targets and objectives

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts

Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events

Stay updated with medical literature and product knowledge
