we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven medical representative (mr) to promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. the ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
key responsibilities:
product promotion: promote and detail the companys pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals during regular field visits.
sales achievement: meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
doctor visits: plan and conduct daily doctor visits to generate prescriptions and drive brand awareness.
relationship management: develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders in the medical community.
market intelligence: collect and report market information, competitor activities, and product feedback to the management team.
product knowledge: maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys products and their therapeutic advantages to effectively communicate benefits to doctors.
reporting: prepare daily call reports, sales summaries, and visit schedules;
qualifications & requirements:
education: bachelors degree in pharmacy, science, or any related field ( / m preferred).
experience: 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field. (freshers with strong communication and selling skills may also apply.)
