Job Title: Territory Manager (Pharmaceutical Sales)Job Summary:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and promoting pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory
Promote company products to doctors, chemists, and hospitals effectively
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
Conduct regular field visits and ensure proper territory coverage
Implement marketing strategies and campaigns at the ground level
Organize and participate in CME programs, doctor meets, and product presentations
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
Ensure product availability and coordination with stockists/distributors
Maintain daily call reports, expense reports, and other documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
