Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Representative with strong exposure to Ayurvedic products. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Ayurvedic formulations to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and detail Ayurvedic medicines to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and awareness programs

Ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory

Collect market intelligence and competitor information

Maintain daily call reports and sales documentation

Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the Ayurvedic / Herbal segment

Strong product knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and formulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to build strong professional relationships

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and field-ready

Graduate in any discipline (BAMS / science background preferred)

Preferred Attributes:

Experience handling doctors and institutional clients

Knowledge of local market and territory

Willingness to travel extensively
