about the role:
we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven media sales professional to join our team at adentech pvt. ltd. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in media and advertisement sales, and a proven ability to drive revenue through client acquisition and retention.
key responsibilities:
✅ sales & revenue growth: direct sales of media solutions to increase revenue by acquiring new clients.
✅ lead generation & client acquisition: identify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
✅ sales meetings & target achievement: attend sales meetings, develop sales strategies, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
✅ negotiation & closing deals: handle contract negotiations and pricing discussions to finalize deals successfully.
✅ client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
✅ market research & competitive analysis: stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
✅ sales reporting: provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and revenue growth.
requirements & skills:
✔mandatory: experience in media & advertisement sales (agency background preferred).
✔ education: bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
✔ experience: 2-5 years in media sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
