Openings For Mechanical Engineer || Freshers & Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

�� Assist in the installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment in the TMT rolling mill.

�� Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely corrective actions.

�� Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical systems to minimize downtime.

�� Support production teams in achieving targeted output and quality standards.

�� Prepare and maintain documentation for maintenance schedules, breakdown reports, and spares consumption.

�� Coordinate with the electrical and production teams for smooth plant operations.

�� Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and contribute to a safe working environment.

�� Work on continuous improvement projects for productivity, cost reduction, and energy savings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

�� Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plant machinery.

�� Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

�� Teamwork and communication abilities.

�� Willingness to work in shifts and handle shop-floor challenges.

Qualifications:

�� Freshers: ./ or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2024/2025 pass-outs preferred).

�� Experienced Candidates: 1 - 5 years in steel/TMT plant operations; hands-on experience in CCM and Furnace will be an added advantage.

Key Advantages (Preferred Experience):

�� Exposure to Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) operations & maintenance.

�� Knowledge of Furnace (Reheating / Induction / Arc) maintenance.

�� Experience in heavy engineering, steel plant, or rolling mill industry.

�� Candidates from urban areas within 20 km radius of Sinnar are strongly preferred.
