core & tank design: design transformer cores, tanks, and structural components, ensuring mechanical robustness and ease of assembly.

thermal management: develop cooling systems, such as radiators and fans, to manage thermal performance and prevent overheating.

3d modeling: create detailed 3d models and mechanical drawings using cad software (., solidworks, autocad).

stress & vibration analysis: conduct mechanical stress, vibration, and fatigue analysis to ensure components can withstand operational stresses.

material selection: choose appropriate materials for mechanical components, considering factors like strength, cost, and compatibility with electrical systems.

manufacturability: collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production, ensuring ease of fabrication and assembly.

cross-functional collaboration:

integrated design: work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure cohesive product development.

problem-solving: address and resolve complex design challenges, balancing electrical and mechanical requirements.

project management: lead design projects from concept through to production, managing timelines, resources, and quality standards.

continuous improvement: participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing transformer performance and reliability.

qualifications:

educational background: bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field.

experience:

o minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of power transformers, with expertise in mechanical aspects.

o proven track record of designing and developing high-performance transformers for various applications.
