Stress & Vibration Analysis: Conduct mechanical stress, vibration, and fatigue analysis to ensure components can withstand operational stresses. Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials for mechanical components, considering factors like strength, cost, and compatibility with electrical systems. Manufacturability: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production, ensuring ease of fabrication and assembly.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Integrated Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, to ensure cohesive product development.
