Marketing & Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

 Complete the task assigned by the manager;

 Locate the potential customer and send marketing emails, the email shall be recorded and summarized weekly for future key performance index assessment;

 Select and evaluate local distributors;

 Prepare and formulate marketing material and promotion campaign;

 Conduct market research and customer feedback study;

 The gathering of business information relevant to company business;

 Sourcing of parts, supplier management, assisting procurement work;

 Finding tendering information and B2B website listing;

 design and develop marketing materials in local language

 prepare and execute online/direct marketing campaigns

 conduct market research

 monitor and assess customer feedback

 Generating leads.

 Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

 Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

 Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

 Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

 Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

 Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

 Understanding and promoting company programs.

 Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

 Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

 Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

 Maintaining client records.

 Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree;

• experience in middle stream and downstream of oil industry or plastic industry;

• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

• A commitment to excellent customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
