-Work on incentive structure and prepare policies.

-7-10 years of Experience as a Marketing Manager.

-Ability to understand the market.

-/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, MBA in Marketing Management preferable.

-Any other certification related to the product & marketing courses will be accepted.
