We are seeking a proactive and confident Marketing Intern focused on Referral Calling. The intern
will support our marketing and sales teams by reaching out to potential students through referral
databases, explaining program details, and helping generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calling to referral contacts provided by the organization.
Explain Bilivin Educations programs and offerings to potential candidates.
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
Maintain and update lead records accurately in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
Follow up with interested candidates and schedule meetings or demos for senior counselors.
Assist in minor marketing tasks like messaging campaigns or basic follow-ups if needed.
Provide daily reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, and outcomes.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree (any stream).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Confident and persuasive speaking abilities.
Interest in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
